Set out below is the usual procedure that is followed in attending to our clients’ cases, bearing in mind that on some occasions once contact has been made and depending on the urgency of the case, some of the steps can be avoided or accelerated.

Once you contact us we respond to your call either by e-mail or by telephone.

We listen to your request and let you know whether we will handle your case or not, the cost for our services and how you can make payment. Simply by contacting us a contractual relationship is not automatically created between AYALA, NAVIA & ASSOCIATES and yourself.

If accepted we will immediately send you, preferably by e-mail, the Power of Attorney and the mandate contract (representation) properly filled out so that they can be signed and authorized properly by you. For these ends they will contain all the information needed for it to be correctly carried out and so that you have the constant attention and advice of our representatives.

You will have to send all of the previous documents and all of the documents requested to proceed with your case to our offices by post. Once these documents have been received at our office, you must make the first payment by whichever form of payment has been arranged.

You will always be able to keep up to date with the progress in your case by entering into the user account that will be given to you once the case has been accepted, thus being able to have the opportunity to constantly read the personalized reports, with a detailed and precise description of the steps taken by our representatives and setting out as well the next steps to be taken in your case.

Once the case has been closed a report will be sent to you about all of the steps taken and their outcomes, at which time the balance of our fees must be paid.

Fees and Services

Our fees vary depending on the type of service offered. For most legal services that we offer we have fair and flexible rates. In any case, the fees will be agreed to by our clients.
